Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website can store on your device to remember information between visits. "Similar technologies" includes local storage, which works like a cookie but is only readable by our own site, not shared across other websites.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use tracking cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not collect personally identifiable information. It only tells us aggregate information such as which pages are popular and roughly how visitors found us.

This script is not loaded by default. It only runs after you click "Allow cookies" on our consent banner, described below.

When you first visit our site, you'll see a banner asking you to Allow or Reject non-essential cookies/analytics.

• Allow cookies: we load Cloudflare Web Analytics for that visit and remember your choice in local storage so you aren't asked again.
• Reject: analytics stays switched off, and we remember your choice so the banner doesn't reappear on every visit.
• Nothing beyond what's required to render the page and remember your choice is loaded before you decide.

We use your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to remember two things: whether you've responded to the cookie banner, and whether you've seen our one-time welcome/intro animation. Neither is shared with us or any third party — it stays entirely in your browser.

A small number of third-party tools support core site functionality:

• Web3Forms: processes contact form submissions solely to deliver your enquiry to us. Refer to their own privacy policy for details on how they handle submitted data in transit.
• Botpress: powers the chat widget in the corner of the site. It may set its own technical cookies/local storage needed to maintain a chat session; refer to Botpress's privacy policy for details.
• YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com): some articles and demos embed YouTube videos. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
• Video and image hosts: background videos stream from Mixkit's content network and some photos load from Unsplash. These requests share standard technical data (such as your IP address) with those hosts and set no cookies from us.
• Cloudflare: our hosting and content-delivery provider, which may process standard connection-level technical data (such as IP address) as part of serving the website securely, independent of the analytics choice above.

• You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will bring the consent banner back on your next visit.
• You can block or delete cookies and local storage entirely through your browser settings; core site functionality and content will still work, though the chat widget or consent memory may reset.
• Rejecting analytics never affects your ability to browse, request a quote, or use any part of the site.

We may update this policy as our tools change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
